Today a sampling of music from the time of Jerusalem’s second temple as best we can recreate it …in this case, The Lord’s Prayer set to music of the time and recited in Aramaic (by the San Antonio Vocal Arts Ensemble). This may be very much like Jesus would have sounded giving us this model prayer and certainly captures the (to us) exotic nature of that long-ago culture.
