  1. May our Creator and Savior bless and protect you in all your endeavors!
Thank you Dr. Clark for this information.

  2. Thank you Mr Clark for all this wonderful logical information.
Not as endorsements of course, but would you please consider listing what supplements you take in one place and even from what suppliers? Just as a set of facts, again not as recommendations. I have been listening to your programs and trying to glean this information, but amounts and formulations are difficult to compile for me.
    Sincerest thanks,
    Yours in Christ,

    • Dear H.B., thank you for your kind comments. I greatly appreciate them. I get the bulk of my supplements from a company called IDLife. Here is a link to their website: https://valledellapace.idlife.com/. They can provide personalized supplements. They come in packets for the morning and the evening, making them convenient to take. Here is a list of the supplements I am taking: Morning Pack: Advanced AM (a multivitamin), B-Complex, Folate, Probiotic, Spirulina/Chlorella Blend, Vitamin C, and Zinc. I also take an extra 5000 IU Vitamin D3/K2 supplement in the morning. I am taking Advanced PM, Antioxidant Plus, CoQ10, Omega-3 Complex, Vitamin E, and Magnesium in the evening. I also take an extra 4000 IU Vitamin D3/K2 in the evening. Some of the added supplements are in either the Advanced AM or Advanced PM, but not at the levels that I think are required for a healthy immune system. For example, Vitamin D3 and B’s. IDLife provides an extensive supplement breaking sheet with their vitamins, so you know exactly how much of each vitamin you are taking. The added zinc, 50mg, is in an organic chelated form for better absorption. Also, some supplements are better taken in the morning like B complexes and others in the evening like Omega-3 and Vitamin E. While not cheap, IDLife makes it convenient and automatically breaks up the supplements in morning or evening packs for best utilization by your body.
Regardless of who you go with for your supplements, I can not stress enough how important it is to periodically get your blood Vitamin D levels checked. It should be at 50 ng/mL or above for optimal health. Everyone’s absorption and sun exposure are different. Also, proper diet and exercise, as noted by another commenter, is very important for optimal health as well.
Again, thank you for your post.

  3. I agree with vit. D but I think a balance healthy low cholesterol diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables, nuts and low fat dairy and water etc are far more beneficial for the body than taking a lot of vitamins. The bowel needs a good workout with a daily high fibre diet to keep it disease free and regular. Our kidneys need a good flush of fluid especially water daily and some vitamins habitually taken, can cause kidney stones etc.
I agree keeping a healthy immune system and managing stress is the key to fighting many diseases and infections. I too am very concerned about the vaccinations and their side-effects. Building up a natural herd immunity against these viruses seems to be far more effective. Interesting about how Africa is doing with the virus. My step-daughter was born in Italy over 50 years ago to her German mother who was new in the country and as a result of not having the natural immunities of Italy her daughter was born without these protections and became dangerously sick for a while.
We are been bombarded with some much hype about this virus it is hard to see ‘the forest for the trees’. Before too many more weeks we will be up to our 4 vaccination shot, something just doesn’t added up here. Politics, Politics and more politics especially in a election year.
Thankyou very much for this informative program. Helen South Australia

    • Thanks so much for your comments. I agree that a healthy, balanced diet with exercise is essential in keeping our immune system and body well turned. Being exposed to various antigens when young to prime our immune system also seems to be very beneficial. Western societies want to keep their children away from dirt and germs, but by doing so, we may be setting them up for more illness later in life.
