Mark, thanks for your comment! The Bible is literal history and needs to be understood within it’s context. Truth is thus recognized.
FYI – Hugh Ross pushes the Day-Age theory where each day of Creation week is actually millions of years. His faith in science far exceeds his faith in the Word of God. He uses the Bible to help justify his scientific beliefs but he has to use biblical gymnastics to make it work. Even though he says his goal is to bring people to Christ by reducing the scientific arguments against the Bible, I believe in the long run, it does more harm than good.
